TRAININGS

Dismantling Shame & Developing An Accountability Practice

For Individuals, Teams, Or Organizations

Embark on a transformative journey in this three-hour session as we dive deep into the intricate web of shame, accountability, and cultural resilience. Drawing insights leading thinkers in shame and accountability, this course aims to arm participants with the tools and understanding needed to recognize and navigate the emotional barriers that often hinder genuine anti-racist action. We'll explore foundational concepts, including social location, internalized superiority and inferiority, the traits of white-supremacy culture, and the essence of community care. Through group learning, participants will confront their triggers, understand their responses to conflict, and chart a path toward proactive change, ensuring they understand and embody a culture of inclusion, accountability, and belonging.

Please note that this is not an affinity or support space where we discuss concepts and offer peer support. Instead, this is an experiential learning and training space specific to leading with inclusivity and how to be the drivers of holding space for belonging.

Effective & Equitable Leadership Training

For People Leaders

A three to eighteen-month training program for all people leaders of your group that provides participants tools and group coaching related to how they lead and manage through an AREDI (Anti-Racism, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion) lens. A space for all leaders (not just those with leadership titles) to level-set on key terms, conduct a self-analysis on leadership style, and operationalize learnings to create and implement authentic cultural transformation.

These training sessions will take participants into their next zone of awareness of self and others. An outcome of this training will be an activated and aligned team consciously working together to operationalize your anti-racism, equity, and culture change strategies, resulting in a more effective and inclusive people leaders team that has built trust, vulnerable and transparent communication skills, and cross-project relationships.

Please note: This is not an affinity or support space where we discuss concepts and offer peer support. This is an experiential learning and training space specific to leading with inclusivity and how to be the drivers of holding space for belonging.

Practicing Inclusivity & Interrupting Bias Training

For any and all staff members

This three or nine-part training brings together a cross-section of staff on AREDI (Anti-Racism, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) groundwork in three-hour sessions.

It is designed intentionally as a mixed space for individuals from various areas of the company who identify as either people managers, those working collaboratively with various teams, those running large teams, and those deeply leaning into your organizational change work. Central to this training is providing participants with tools and peer coaching on managing themselves and others through an anti-racist lens. By defining key AREDI terms, engaging in facilitated interactive and introspective work, exploring management styles and decision-making tools, and small group scenario work, participants will be prepared to better engage in your organizations overall stated cultural change goals.

Please note that this is not an affinity or support space where we discuss concepts and offer peer support. Instead, this is an experiential learning and training space specific to leading with inclusivity and how to be the drivers of holding space for belonging.
