We can work in bite-sized engagements to long-term collaboration on a central challenge. This might look like facilitating hard conversations, advising on major announcements, responding to calls for accountability, mediation, somatic and healing workshops, or building affinity spaces and public town halls.
Strategic Vision with Authenticity
At Culture Change Lab, our strategy is more than just a roadmap. We believe in working together and using our experience in collaboration to create intentional and inclusive plans. We cater to various groups, from grassroots movements to larger coalitions. Our strategies are informed and deeply understand the importance of race, power, and the interconnectedness of planning, values, and storytelling.
In addition to our culture-shift process, we also collaborate on plans more intentionally. We help build the plan by facilitating work circles and teams and guiding the process from idea to draft. We provide advice on how to gain support and investment from staff, leadership, the board, and the community. We can also assist with implementation, whether creating strategic and adaptive plans, anti-racism plans, roadmaps, Business Cases for Change, or Values Work. Our approach is anything but traditional!
